Lembra que durante a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do primeiro Col\u00e9gio de Dirigentes j\u00e1 havia essa preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o de aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o entre o Instituto e representantes da iniciativa privada. Tamb\u00e9m as feiras de inova\u00e7\u00e3o e o NIT (N\u00facleo de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o Tecnol\u00f3gica) foram organizadas com esse objetivo de aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o. E um exemplo marcante dessa aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o foi o conv\u00eanio assinado com a FIAT Autom\u00f3veis. Ele pondera que a universidade peca por trabalhar com departamentos, isto \u00e9 por se fechar. J\u00e1 no modelo de curr\u00edculo do IFMG foi poss\u00edvel montar uma equipe plural, pronta para atender as demandas do mercado e do mundo do trabalho. E resolver problemas e inova\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica j\u00e1 est\u00e3o na cultura do
